Kompar-S (technical specifications 2243-015-00482134-2001)
Elastic replica casting material Kompar-S is used for getting imprints from a surface of metal, glass and other compatible with it articles. The purpose is consequent metrology monitoring of geometrical parameters of articles in inaccessible places on obtained imprints. Elastic properties of this material allow taking out an imprint, deforming it because then the initial shape of imprint is restored. Beside the cured material is easily cut, that allows to conduct express train - measurement without accommodating for referencing imprint on a unit. Imprint is cut in a plane of measurement so that the lamina width is less than 1 mm. The lamina is set on an object table of the measuring instrument, and in transiting light the demanded parameters are measured. At referencing on the measuring instrument it is necessary to take into account elastic properties of a material.
Kompar-S refers to materials manufactured from поливинилсилоксанов of additive sewing with an inorganic filling material.
