Replication materials

In the industry it is well-known the problem of quality control of manufacture of parts in remote places for standard measuring systems. Inaccessible they may be for different reasons: technologically inaccessible - bleeders, blind holes, counter drafts, inside threads; structurally inaccessible - assembly units, aggregates while in service etc. At present there are some ways of the solution of this problem - mining of cost intensive special gears, a breaking test separately selected parts or importation in the technological documentation of a phrase "it is provided by technique of manufacturing". Our company has developed a complex of composite metrology grade replication materials with which help it is possible to realize non-destructive metrology testing of parameters of a texture, linear and angular sizes of parts, including in remote places. For this purpose from a surface of an inspected part get a replica which parameters are measured on the universal measuring instruments, such as an instrumental or universal microscope, an interference microscope, a roughness testers etc. With the help composite replication materials it is possible a testing of parameters of a roughness, dimensions of local surface imperfections (crazes, corrosion pits, injection pores etc.), for these purposes it is necessary to use material "Kompar-P"; a testing of geometrical parameters of parts in remote places (bleeders, inside threads, flute transitions, grooves etc.), for these purposes us it designed two materials - elastic "Kompar-S" and solid - "Kompar-R" which except for it allows to inspect parameters of a surface roughness with Ra more than 2,5 microns. All these materials have the Certificate of conformity and are brought in the Register of means of measurements.
